Members intend to deliberate on some 50 Bills, and among them a Bill, ‘On Court Fee´. The Bill (Reg.No. 0891) proposes to regulate the legal principles for the charging of Court fees, pursuant to provisions of the Procedural Civil Code of Ukraine, Administrative Trial Code of Ukraine and the Law ‘On Taxation System´.
A further Bill (Reg.Np.0907) on amendments to the Law ‘On Unified Customs Fee´ (appertaining to preferential taxation of goods of Ukrainian origin), aims to provide a balance in the domestic market of agricultural and industrial goods, and the barring of evasion of payment of import tax of said goods of Ukrainian origin on return entry into the Ukrainian Customs territory.
A Bill, ‘On Amendments to Several Laws of Ukraine appertaining to incentives for the reconstruction and modernisation of currently operational, and the construction of new, facilities for the oil-refining and petrochemical industry (Reg.No.0941) proposes to relieve the import of equipment, devices for measuring, monitoring and controlling industrial processes and their components - intended for the reconstruction and modernisation of currently operating, and the construction of new, facilities for the oil-refining and petrochemical industry - into the national customs territory, from Customs Tax and VAT, until 31 December 2009, provided that they are not manufactured in Ukraine or, where manufactured, do not conform to customers´ requirements as set out in their contracts.
Among other Bills planned for consideration are; A Bill (Reg. No.1031) on amendments to the Law, ‘On Taxation of Businesses´ Income´ (appertaining to Total Costs); Bill (Reg.No. 1035) ‘On amendments to Several Laws of Ukraine appertaining to creating incentives for the renovation of Capital Assets by Fuel and Energy Complex Companies, and Housing and Utilities Services´; Bill (Reg.No.1050), ‘On Amendments to the Customs Tariff of Ukraine´ (appertaining to increased import tax rates for starter motors and components thereto); Bill (Reg. No.1170) ‘On Taxation of Business Income´ (appertaining to transactions with securities and corporate rights); and Bill (Reg.No,1429) ‘On Special Aspects of State Control of Income, Property and Expense Statements by Persons Authorised to fulfill Public Power Functions´.
